Genetics Clinical Nurses (GCN) are Registered Nurses (RNs) who have significant training in genetics and who have obtained specific credentials acknowledging this training. Like RNs, GCNs typically complete a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BN) and work as part of a medical team.
