ASHG Member Housing Priority Week
ASHG provides specially negotiated reduced hotel rates for the Annual Meeting.
Housing will be available exclusively for ASHG members one week prior to everyone else.
More information will be available each year prior to housing opening. Several hotels within walking distance will be available at reduced rates.
Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations
Maritz is the only official housing company associated with ASHG. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the meeting. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences. Please report websites impersonating ASHG to the FTC.
FAQs
ASHG’s annual meeting housing blocks fill up quickly, so by joining or renewing your membership prior to hotel reservations opening you will have a full week to book your preferred accommodations before everyone else.
