We are excited to bring the ASHG 2024 Annual Meeting to Denver, Colorado, from November 5-9. Over the course of 5 days, the meeting will cover a broad spectrum of topics including new technologies, applications, and research to showcase the most compelling genetics and genomics science of the year. It is a perfect place to present or learn about cutting-edge research findings while uncovering new insights as we continue to advance the field.

You can meet new people, learn about new opportunities, build relationships, and get inspired. The ASHG Annual Meeting has many kinds of opportunities to network: ancillary events, exhibitor events, receptions, and SIG meetups are all great places to expand your network!

ASHG strives to make its Annual Meetings as affordable as possible, so various registration rates are offered to ease the financial burden. We recommend registering before the early deadline on August 21 at 5pm ET to take advantage of the lowest rates. Becoming a member of ASHG will save you even more! The regular member registration rate saves you up to $400 – that’s more than the cost of membership itself!
Other ways to reduce costs for attendance include:
- Booking your flight and making your hotel reservations early to take advantage of lower rates.
- Consider reaching out to colleagues attending so you can consider sharing a room.
Please see our post for additional ways to save.
Make a strong case for attending ASHG 2024 by explicitly connecting your institution’s goals, as well as your work and professional development, to the educational opportunities offered by using ASHG’s return on investment toolkit.
We want you to be comfortable so you can enjoy your meeting experience. Business casual dress is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day because meeting rooms are air-conditioned, and comfortable shoes since convention centers are large and may require a lot of walking.
ASHG is committed to providing access and an outstanding experience to all attendees and speakers. Please see the accessibility page for information on scooter rental and ADA accommodations.
