You must be a current ASHG member prior to purchasing registration to receive discounted registration rates. Reimbursements will not be provided if ASHG membership is purchased after registering.

Continuing education credits are offered for CME, NSGC, and P.A.C.E. ®. A list of approved sessions and the number of credits available will be announced in September. You are required to register for the meeting and pay a separate fee to apply for CME and NSGC credits. P.A.C.E. ® credits do not have a separate fee.
Workshops, receptions, career development events, and plenty of networking opportunities. Additional fees may apply.

Group Registration

Group registration rates are the same as for individual registrants. Utilizing the group registration tool is intended to save time when registering multiple attendees.

Guest Registration

A guest is a non-scientist family member (over 18) or guest of a scientist who wishes to attend the exhibit hall only. The guest registration fee includes a badge and access to ASHG 2024 for the sole purpose of observing only the registered scientist’s presentation or touring the exhibit hall. Guest registration is for one day only.

Guest registration is available for $55 onsite with presence of a fully registered attendee. To register, please go to the Solutions Center in registration/Lobby A of the Colorado Convention Center and provide the guest’s name and contact info and the selected date the badge will be used.

Please note the following restrictions:

A guest is only allowed to register once during the annual meeting.
A maximum of two guests per registrant are allowed.
Guests are admitted to scientific events (including poster sessions and the exhibit hall) only on the day indicated on the guest badge.

How to purchase add-ons if already registered

Login to the Registration Resource Center.
Click “upgrade” in the top menu bar.
Click the green “upgrade” button.
Select the workshops/CMEs you wish to add on.
Click “continue registration.”
Click “proceed to checkout.”

One Day Registration Is Not Available

One-day registration will not be available for ASHG 2024.

Payments & Invoices

Registration payments must be made by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Discover, or Visa only). ASHG will not process wire payments, fax registrations, checks, or purchase orders. Cash will not be accepted onsite. If you require an invoice before paying your fee, please contact ASHG@xpressreg.net.

Press Registration

Press registration is now open. Before registering, please review our Press Guidelines for eligibility requirements and other key details.
ASHG encourages press to register in advance. In the weeks leading up to the meeting, press who have registered for the meeting will receive access to embargoed press releases and other related materials.

Registration Receipts

Please login to the registration resource center to access your receipt. You will need the email address you used during registration and your badge number from your confirmation email.

Sold Out Add-ons/Ticketed Events

Unfortunately, sold-out events (ex: workshops) cannot be moved to a larger room since the schedule is set. There is not a waitlist if someone cancels their registration. We recommend registering as early as possible to secure your spot.
