The ASHG 2022 hotels blocks are sold out of the discount rate rooms.
If these hotels have availability, they will be at higher rates, however you can search for hotel availability near the Convention Center HERE.
Please note: ASHG is providing this hotel reservation system for your convenience. The HOTELPLANNER Housing System is a 3rd party travel planner and not affiliated with ASHG. Rates, deposits, and cancellation policies may vary and are the responsibility of the guest. All questions on hotel policies stated or payments made on the HOTELPLANNER website should be directed to the HOTELPLANNER Reservation Center or to the hotel directly.

ASHG provides specially negotiated reduced hotel rates for your trip to the Annual Meeting. The JW Marriott LA Live will serve as the headquarter hotel. Other official hotels are listed below.

Per Diem/Government Rates: All government rate rooms are sold out.
Shuttle service between hotels and the convention center is not available. While all hotels are within walking distance to the LA Convention Center, downtown LA has a local “dash bus” line as an alternate transportation method. Bus Route F has several stops on Figueroa St. adjacent to LACC and LA Live. For details on DASH service, go to ladottransit.com.

Deposits/Payment and Policies
A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required to guarantee your reservation(s) at all official ASHG Hotels. You will be required to provide a valid credit card with an expiration date and security code at the time of booking.
Each hotel has its own cancellation policy. When booking your reservation be sure to read the hotel’s cancellation policy. If you need to make any changes or cancellations to your reservation, please call the hotel directly. All changes are based on availability.
Confirmations: Hotel confirmations will be emailed to you from your hotel once your reservation has been confirmed. An email address is mandatory to receive a reservation confirmation. Remember to check your spam email for your confirmation.
Exhibitor & Group Reservations for 10+ Rooms
Exhibitors and other companies needing 10 or more hotel rooms are required to contract with the hotel for your group block of rooms directly and will not be assigned rooms from the ASHG hotel block. Each group will be liable for the pick-up of their own hotel block. Before signing contracts, remember to review the obligations and penalties. ASHG is not responsible for obligations made between companies and hotels. Please reach out to meetings@ashg.org for the list of hotel group sales contacts.

If you’re hosting an ancillary event, once your application is approved you will be provided information to book your housing.
